研究方向
实验室研究领域为植物基因表达调控,主要有两个研究方向:1)以主要农作物玉米为对象研究microRNA参与抗真菌病害的功能,以及表观遗传变异对抗病性状的调控机制,发掘与优良性状相关的功能microRNA和基因位点,为玉米或其他农作物品质改良储备基因资源。2)利用模式植物拟南芥研究与植物光形态建成相关microRNA,并解析其在光形态建成过程中分子调控机制以及相关基因调控网络。
